FAQ on what you need to know...
Where do I find directions to studio?
I am located in the historic Marketplace Square Building downtown Chehalis. The entrance is on the side of the building, under a black awning, across from the new butterfly mural on Boisfort St. (on the side of Market Street Bakery). There is street parking and a parking lot behind the building. Upon entering the building I am upstairs to the right, all the way down the hall on the right. When you arrive you can have a seat in the brown chair by the window and I’ll let you in at your appointment time.
How to book an appointment?
Online booking is available however my schedule changes often so if you’re unable to find a time online please don’t hesitate to text or email to get booked. Please no voicemails, text or email only.
Do you have gift certificates available?
You can purchase gift certificates on the website to go towards product purchases. I am not set up for a “pop in and pick up a…” situation. When I’m in the studio I am behind a locked door one-on-one with a client. Please message me via Instagram DM, text, or email and I am more than happy to set up a time to meet you!
Confused on what facial to book?
I know it can be confusing and overwhelming, don’t stress girl! If you’re not sure what you need I recommend booking a New Facial Client Consultation. If your number one reason for booking a facial is for relaxation purposes I would recommend booking a 75 Minute Revival Facial. Every facial treatment is customized per client/per appointment so we’ll do what you need. I you feel like you want and/or need more time for treatment and relaxation then book a 90 or 105 Minute Revival Facial!
What are your policies?
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling your appointment may be necessary. If not, your appointment will be modified to insure I am not late for following clients. If we do need to reschedule, a fee of half the service price will be charged to cover costs of the appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
A 48hour or more notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in fee of half the service price. This protects my business and my availability to other clients, as well as their time.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for appointments will be charged the full service price. Cancellations within 24 hours will be considered a no-show. No-show fees must be paid before rescheduling.
Business expenses still occur for the studio in the event of a last minute cancellation or no show. Thank you for understanding that my policies are in place to protect myself, my clients’ time, and to uphold the quality and integrity of my business.
